for anyone using a screen reader or whatever else, the directions in the zine rely heavily on the visuals, so the alt text might not work for directions if visuals aren't an option. check the comments to see if I posted actual instructions that make sense, but please be patient with me, I am a disabled artist and doing things is a slow process for me, but I haven't forgotten!

the entire zine is pixel art

the front cover has a drawing of an origami giraffe, each section of it a different shade of tan, and text at the top that says "how to fold a paper giraffe".

page one has a drawing of a usa dollar bill, piece of double bubble gum in the wrapper, juicy fruit gum package, and a piece of notebook paper. there is text in the middle that says "acquire rectangle".

page two has directions that say "fold in half & open back up", then shows a paper following the directions. the next instructions say "fold in corners on one end" and have the piece of paper showing that.

page three has text at the top that says "fold sides in" and shows a paper being folded in three steps with pink text that says "fold on lines".

page four says "fold in half; fold in the not pointy end towards the middle fold" and has two pictures showing the steps. there is also pink text that says "90°" where the folded-down part meets the rest of the paper.

page five has text that says "fold long side down, then back up." and "try to make the legs even" in pink text at the bottom. there are two pictures showing the steps.

page six says "fold legs & neck inside to secure them" and has four pictures showing the process. there is pink text saying "backview" under the pictures. the last instruction says "fold pointy bit down to form a face & you're done!!!" with a two-step picture to the left.
